**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction teams to ensure project timelines are met.
- Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for project tracking and documentation.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide construction processes.
- Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for ongoing projects.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members on best practices in construction.
- Collaborate with project managers to prepare accurate construction estimates.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Strong skills in quality control, budgeting, and construction estimating.
- Proficiency in using construction management software, including ProCore and Bluebeam.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
