We pride ourselves in providing quality products and services to our customers. **The Role**: As a Junior Quality Control Associate, you will be primarily responsible for receiving inventory, counting inventory, part marking, touching up of parts, and packaging of finished parts while following our strict quality control procedures. **Is this the right fit for YOU**: - 1+ years Quality experience an asset - Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn and adapt to new software programs - Ability to receive all incoming materials as correct for type/item, quantity and condition - Perform part marking, touching up of parts, and packaging of finished parts - Complete inventory control of materials, supplies, and finished parts - Pack shipments, complete quality documentation for shipping with orders - Produce work in accordance with documented policies and quality standards - Good communication skills to include written/oral English and works well in a team environment - Strong organizational, detail oriented and multi-tasking skills - Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work well independently and with supervision - Adaptable to a changing work environment, competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events, and high production pressure - Perform daily physical activity and be able to lift products that can weigh up to 50 lbs. - Conduct miscelleaneous duties as assigned - Machine shop experience an asset **What we offer YOU**: - A Company focused on making a great company culture - An opportunity to be rewarded for making a difference in the Company - A Company that is ever-changing with core principles that are unwavering - An opportunity to grow within the company with a defined career plan - A generous compensation package and benefits - Variety in the work that is performed in a fast-paced environment - A company that is invested in your continuous improvement and growth **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Company events - Dental care - Disability insurance - Extended health care - Life insurance - On-site parking - Paid time off - RRSP match - Vision care Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday COVID-19 considerations: We follow strict COVID policies and guidelines **Experience**: - Quality: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: One location
