The role will serve as a vital support of sales of our offerings in Canada. Reporting into the Director Product Marketing, this person plays a key role in being an expert on our products and communicating it to our audiences. In a competitive market, it is important to position our human capital management (HCM) product capabilities and innovations with clarity, differentiation, and impact. The role will leverage our market insights and competitive intelligence and work closely with product management and the sales organization. Foundational activities include driving go-to-market approaches, crafting compelling product messaging, and measuring adoption and performance of deliverables.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the small business segment (SBS) product marketing lead in Canada, directing the success of product marketing activities
- Manage and execute day-to-day product marketing activities for our small business offerings
- Lead complex projects with clarity and significant impact on the business
- Work with the cross-functional teams to execute programs
- Deliver positioning, differentiated messaging, and related assets that equip the sales team to win new business and expand client relationships
- Create and implement product marketing strategies which elevate ADP Canada's position in the small business market
- Lead and execute product launches including the overall go to market strategy
- Act as a link between Product Management, Business Unit Marketing, and Corporate Marketing to ensure adequate marketing plans, launch plans, and communications are created and followed for successful go-to-market
- Collaborate on product demo strategies and messaging
- Maintain accurate measurement and performance metrics
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in education and work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in product marketing and related roles.
- Experience in working with and empowering sales teams.
- Technology product messaging and launch experience with proven results.
- Knowledge and experience in Human Capital Management (HCM)
- Experience working within large, global businesses
