JULY 29, 2025 Description **Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR)** **Location**: Vancouver (Hybrid in office 2 days per week) **Full-time** (40 hrs per week) **Junior level** Are you ready to launch your career in tech sales with a fast-moving team that supports higher education? Comm100 is looking for a positive, results-driven Internal Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Sales team. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, playing a critical role in growing our client base through high-volume outbound calling and lead qualification. **What You'll Do**: - Make high-volume outbound calls to generate new business opportunities - Clearly communicate the value of our product and schedule meetings with key decision-makers - Collaborate with the sales, marketing and product teams to refine messaging and strategy - Think on your feet to identify opportunities, overcome objections and build long-term relationships - Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and conversion metrics **What We're Looking For**: - 1-2 years in a BDR, SDR, Sales or customer-facing role (internships or part-time roles count) - A positive, self-starting attitude with a "no barriers" mindset - you see only opportunities, not obstacles - Ability to grasp and articulate the value of SaaS technologies to non-technical audiences - Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office and other sales tools - A team player who loves connecting with people and building relationships **Why Join Comm100?** - Opportunity to grow within a high-impact team - Mentorship, training and a collaborative team culture - Play a direct role in helping institutions unlock value through innovative SaaS solutions with an AI platform Compensation - $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
