We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) Team Lead to join our dynamic sales team. As the Outbound SDR Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of Outbound SDRs, driving outbound lead generation activities, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds their goals. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of outbound sales strategies and techniques. This will start as a player coach role where you will have outbound targets but if successful will shape into a management role as we hire more SDRs to the team.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Identifying key decision makers
- Managing data in their CRM, ensuring all communications are logged and kept up-to-date
- Sharing ideas and best practices with the team to contribute to growth
- Working closely with the SDR team to provide them with training and support
- Monitoring key metrics to analyze and improve the efficiency of SDR processes
- Holding weekly 1:1s with your team of SDRs
- Heavily involved in recruiting as the company scales up their sales development organization

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in outbound sales or sales development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Previous experience in a leadership or team lead role.
- Strong knowledge of outbound sales strategies, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving goals.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
