**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the front of house staff.
- Ensure that customer service standards are met and exceeded.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the front of house staff.
- Train, coach, and motivate front of house staff to ensure their success.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and other financial information.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 5 months

**Salary**: $28,000.00-$35,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
