Lead the Floor, Bring the Fun - Join Chili’s Banff as a Floor Manager
At Chili’s Grill & Bar Banff, we’re all about bold flavours, good vibes, and great people. Whether it’s fajitas flying out of the kitchen, margaritas clinking at the bar, or families celebrating a win, we serve up feel-good food in a high-energy atmosphere.
We’re looking for a Floor Manager to help lead our team and keep the good times rolling.
**The Role**:
As Floor Manager, you’re the go-to person for smooth, upbeat service and strong team support. You’ll lead Front of House shifts, motivate your crew, and make sure every guest leaves full, happy, and planning their next visit. You’ll work closely with our GM and leadership team to bring that signature Chili’s energy to every shift.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Leading shifts with a confident, positive floor presence
- Coaching servers, hosts, and bartenders to deliver friendly, fast, and consistent service
- Keeping an eye on table flow, wait times, and guest satisfaction
- Helping with daily operations like schedules, inventory, and ordering
- Supporting hiring, training, and ongoing development of the FOH team
- Jumping in wherever needed—this is a hands-on, team-first role
- Making sure all health, safety, and liquor rules are followed
- Keeping the vibe upbeat and the team motivated—especially during peak hours

**You’re a Fit If You**:

- Have experience as a supervisor, shift lead, or senior server in a busy restaurant
- Know how to lead by example and keep cool under pressure
- Have ProServe (required)
- Are team-focused, solutions-oriented, and love building a fun, high-performing workplace
- Understand what great guest service looks like—and how to teach it
- Are already in the Bow Valley or ready to relocate
