**What You’ll Do**

**Marketing Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media & Content Support**: Assist in scheduling and engaging with followers across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- **Influencer & Brand Partnerships**: Research, coordinate, and track collaborations with influencers, brand partners, and content creators.
- **Marketing Campaign Execution**: Support the launch of promotions, giveaways, and seasonal campaigns across digital channels.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track marketing performance, compile data, and provide insights to improve engagement and conversion rates.

**Sales Responsibilities**:

- **Retail & Wholesale Support**: Assist in managing relationships with retail and wholesale partners, ensuring seamless communication and order fulfillment.
- **Customer Engagement**: Respond to inquiries from wholesale clients and retailers, helping them with product information, pricing, and availability.
- **Sales Reporting & Tracking**: Monitor and report on sales performance, customer trends, and campaign effectiveness.
- **E-commerce & Website Updates**: Assist in updating product listings, promotional banners, and optimizing product pages for conversions.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **2-3 years of experience** in marketing, sales, or eCommerce (preferably in food, lifestyle, or CPG brands).
- Strong understanding of **social media trends**, influencer marketing, and customer engagement.
- Passion for baking, sweets, and creativity—a **love for sprinkles is a plus**:

- Excellent **communication and organizational skills**, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Ability to track and analyze sales data
- Strong grasp of **SEO, Digital Ad Management (Meta, Tiktok, Google, Pinterest)**:

- A proactive, self-starter attitude with a **think-big** and **customer-first** mindset.
