Office Duties
- Perform receptionist duties including greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls, and delivering excellent customer service to our clients
- Receive and sort incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Review and approve office supply acquisitions, manage office and janitorial supplies inventory, place orders and maintenance calls as necessary
- Identify opportunities and assist with designing and implementing office management policy and process improvements

Administrative Duties
- Maintain filing systems
- Organize and manage all project related documentation, information, and folders.
- Maintain calendars and coordinate schedules.
- Prepare reports for management team members as required
