**Duties**
As a Retail Sales Associate, your responsibilities will include:

- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Assisting customers with product inquiries and demonstrating product features.
- Upselling products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed.
- Utilizing phone etiquette to assist customers over the phone when necessary.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance.
- Staying informed about current promotions, products, and technology sales trends.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in cash handling and familiarity with POS systems.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer interaction.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Must be able to speak Punjabi.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
