- Manage inventory by restocking products and organizing the sales area to maintain an appealing shopping environment.
- Accurately process purchases, manage cash transactions, and operate the cash register.
- Keep the sales floor pristine and well-organized.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet and surpass sales targets.
- Encourage the purchase of additional items and upsell products to boost customer satisfaction and sales.
- Professionally address customer questions, handle complaints, and process returns.

**Requirements**:

- Essential math skills for managing cash and overseeing inventory.
- Excellent communication abilities for meaningful interactions with customers and colleagues.
- The capacity to thrive in a lively retail setting.
- Organizational talents to keep the sales floor orderly and inventory in check.
- Previous experience in sales is a bonus but not mandatory.
- Availability for flexible working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Be of legal age to handle Tobacco products in British Columbia.

**Sales Skills**

As our Retail Sales Associate, your mission is to promote and sell our vaping products, leveraging your excellent communication skills and deep understanding of customer needs. Your commitment to delivering exceptional service will drive our sales success.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $16.75-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
