**About the Job**

A typical day in Counter/Inside Sales:

- Greet all customers and see they are promptly and properly taken care of
- Answer counter and/or telephone inquiries for product information, customer complaints, pricing and delivery
- Receive and process customer orders, recommend substitutions, prepare and input sales data and expedite orders
- Process and monitor special orders and notify customers
- Assist customers picking up their orders
- Keep up to date and support new products and promotions
- Participate in all promotional activities and works with suppliers on counter days
