**We are seeking an Innovative and Collaborative Camp Coordinator**:
The Camp Coordinator is a leader who is interested in putting leadership to practice through supporting camp program operations while connecting with children. They possess excellent planning and organizational skills as well as are responsive and able to quickly adapt and communicate plans as required.

We are looking for 1 Camp Coordinator at our CH Norton, Burlington Location.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Support with supervision, guidance and assistance of educators/camp counsellors
- Lead activities for children including inquiry and discussions
- Plan and facilitate community outings
- Ability to build quality relationships within the community and with our families and children we serve
- Adherence and enforcement of Today’s Family policies and procedures, Ministry of Education Guidelines, health and safety and human resources best practices
- Provide a safe, caring and positive environment
- Modelling appropriate behaviour and positive interactions
- Work with team to form a positive, supportive team atmosphere
- Ensure confidentiality of privileged information
