**Job Title**: Customer Service Representative

**Job Requirements**: Develop and sustain solid B2B relationships with customers. Prepare
and maintain documentation related to quotes, including filing and sharing of
documents. Facilitate customer communication and distribute customer feedback
within the organization, including quality concerns and competitive positioning. Duties
include:

- Quote preparation
- Customer relationship building
- Maintenance of quotation documentation and customer files
- Order entry
- Distribution of customer documentation, including drawings, product
specifications, and product-specific requirements
Preferred Qualifications:

- Prefer post-secondary business diploma or equivalent education / experience
- Proven competency with Microsoft Office products
- Prefer one year experience in an office environment and working with customers
- Ability to read and interpret detailed requests for quotation
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment with a focus on priorities
and end results
- Strong organizational skills and the desire and ability to learn new things
- Works well with others, able to work unsupervised

**Salary**: $17.00 per hour
