RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and schedule industrial activities for turnarounds or plant maintenance activities
- Progress schedule during execution
- Develop resource plan
- Identify and monitor critical and sub-critical paths for major events
- Able to educate field execution personnel with look-ahead schedules and help ensure timely work progression
- Develop a complete job plan with materials, resources, and timeline
- Provide input into material of construction selection, management, and purchasing
- Plan, estimate, track and schedule Field Order Changes
- Prepare and provide schedule progress reports, trending charts and schedule analysis on a periodic basis.
- Maintain records of work completed using computerized maintenance management system
- Validate satisfactory completion of scheduled and executed work
- Participate in process improvement and reliability initiatives within the Maintenance group

QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling
- Strong working knowledge of P6 (Primavera)
- SAP knowledge is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
