**About the role**

**Key responsibilities**
- Identify, evaluate, and attract potential franchise partners in various sectors
- Support the analysis, documentation, and presentation of franchise opportunities
- Coordinate communications between franchisors, franchisees, and internal teams
- Assist in preparing financial projections, franchise disclosure documentation, and operational materials
- Participate in strategic market research and brand development planning
- Represent the company in meetings, trade shows, and franchise events

**Qualifications**
- Legal authorization to work in Canada and experience living/working in Québec
- Excellent bilingual communication skills (English & French, spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Experience in business development, consulting, or franchising is an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Highly organized, autonomous, and business-oriented mindset

**À propos du poste**
Francois Wang Acquisition renforce son département de développement de franchise et recherche un(e) **Spécialiste en développement de franchise** dynamique et motivé(e). La personne retenue participera à l’ensemble du processus de croissance des franchises — de la prospection à l’intégration — tout en entretenant d’excellentes relations avec les entrepreneurs et les partenaires d’affaires.

**Responsabilités principales**
- Identifier, évaluer et attirer de nouveaux partenaires franchisés dans divers secteurs
- Appuyer la préparation des analyses, documents et présentations de franchise
- Assurer la communication entre franchiseurs, franchisés et équipes internes
- Participer à la préparation des projections financières et de la documentation de divulgation de franchise
- Réaliser des études de marché et contribuer à la planification du développement des marques
- Représenter l’entreprise lors de rencontres, salons et événements de franchise

**Profil recherché**
- Droit de travailler au Canada et expérience de vie/travail au Québec
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
- Aptitudes marquées pour la communication, la négociation et la présentation
- Expérience en développement des affaires, en conseil ou en franchise (atout)
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et CRM
- Autonomie, sens de l’organisation et esprit d’initiative
