**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
Reporting to the Manager, Learning & Development, the incumbent plays a critical role in bringing our Employer Value Proposition to life by encouraging a continuous learning mindset and helping Psycho Bunny become a learning enterprise. The Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for executing L&D plans and activities across the organization and ensuring the delivery of the various projects. Subjects may include technical and compliance, onboarding and diversity & inclusion in e-learning and instructor-led formats. The Learning & Development Specialist will also be responsible for all corporate communications. Success in this role requires someone who is highly organized with a proven capability to facilitate training programs.
**HOW WILL YOU DO IT?**
Partner with L&D manager to design and deliver training solutions
Facilitates working and training sessions that cater to the needs of different audiences such as leaders and employees from Head Office and Stores.
Participates in creating and designing training content in various formats (user guides, job aids, reference materials, etc.) and ensures that they are kept up to date.
Maintains the Learning Management System, its content, as well as training records.
Participates in the collaboration between the various HR services and teams to ensure the coherence of the annual HR cycle
Facilitate and deliver learning programs and initiatives to address the needs of multiple business units globally
Executes communications strategies and activities designed to educate and inform employees about company initiatives.
Handle in company communications with Klaviyo (important message, welcoming new employees)
**WHO YOU ARE**
**This is what youve accomplished**
Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Education or related field, or combined education and relevant experience.
Proven track record with three (3) years in training and development design, facilitation, LMS Management and implementation of development programs.
3 years of experience creating online or web-based Learning content, knowledge
