**About us**

Over the past 30 years, The Concord Group of companies has also diversified into business sectors such as: software and information technology, telecommunications, and green energy projects in solar, wind and hydroelectric power generation.

We are looking for a Junior IT Support to join our IT team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our IT systems. You will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and contributing to the overall success of our IT infrastructure.

**Responsibilities**
- Onboarding & offboarding employees with all required hardware and software
- Managing the internal ticketing process and escalating tickets internally
- Troubleshooting workstations and software issues
- Handling and supporting audio/visual set-ups, wireless and copiers on-site
- Updating and maintaining proper documentation
- Working with end-users to foster technology adoption
- Delivering equipment to sites, troubleshooting fundamental IT issues, and helping our senior technicians by providing onsite assistance
- IT support for other satellite offices in the lower mainland will be required
- Ad hoc technical duties assigned as required by company

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Certificate in Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of website maintenance
- Ability to work autonomously within a team setting
- Strong interpersonal skills for cross team communications
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with Windows desktop support and Active Directory
