**Position Summary**:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented full-time Junior Bookkeeper to support our accounting department. This _entry-level_ role is perfect for someone starting their career in accounting. You will assist with processing invoices, payments, and receipts while maintaining accurate financial records.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounts Payable (AP)**:

- Assist with reviewing and processing vendor invoices.
- Enter invoice data into the accounting system.
- Help prepare weekly payment runs.
- Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and resolve discrepancies.

**Accounts Receivable (AR)**:

- Support the creation and distribution of customer invoices.
- Assist in monitoring aging reports and sending payment reminders.
- Address customer billing questions professionally and promptly.

**Administrative & General Support**:

- Maintain accurate and organized digital files.
- Assist with account reconciliations and month-end tasks as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting team.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma
- Must reside in the Greater Vancouver area in British Columbia
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and a basic understanding of accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
