**Electrical Control Panel Assembler**
ALTEC INTEGRATED SOLUTIONS, Ltd. - Coquitlam, BC

Control Panel Assembler will be responsible for wiring control and electrical panels and must be able to install components, units, sub-assemblies, or assembly casings, using bolts or soldering.

**Red Seal is not required.**

Minimum 3 years of experience in wiring electrical control panels is required.

Control Panel Assembler responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Reading and Interpreting Electrical Schematics
- Mast be familiar with current Canadian Electrical Code
- Must be familiar with UL and CSA standards
- Must be familiar with and comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools
- Able to read tape measure and ruler
- Dimensionally layout back panels and externally mounted devices.
- Mount Devices to back panels and enclosures using a variety of methods including drilling, tapping and punching steel.
- Operate computerized terminal, wire and panel labeling
- Knowledge about PLC’s, HMI’s, VFD’s, MCC’s, etc.
- Cutting, Labeling, Crimping, and Stripping wires.
- Wire panel devices according to provided electrical schematics.
- Route and bundle wires and cables neatly and according to established electrical standards.
- Check work to ensure error-free products.
- Keep red lines of any changes required during manufacturing and turn in to supervisor upon their request.
- Maintain a neat, tidy and safe workplace.
- Verify and test all connections.
- Verify that the final product is perfectly clean and tidy.
- Complete other duties as assigned.

Wage will be from $26.00/hour and up based on skill level and experience.

Day shift only from 8:00am - 4:30pm, with occasional overtime.
