Toronto, Canada North Medical Spa Full time

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for inventory accuracy by developing a strategy for tracking and addressing discrepancies between physical and system counts weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually

Collect, analyze and report current inventory status to management team on a predetermined frequency

Develop a comprehensive understanding of supply chain inventory creation and implement improvement measures in place to control costs

Work with Management from all North locations to drive inventory reduction process adherence.

Create purchase orders from vendors and reconcile them with confirmed quantities received in the system and matching their prices.

Develop a process for forecasting product requirements and maintaining minimum on-site stock by analyzing historical parts consumption to avoid stock outs.

Oversee the inventory cycle count process

Conduct regular inventory audits

Analyze, forecast and prepare schedules that optimize labour and meet sales goals

Support with day-to-day bookkeeping/ accounting functions (ie. Reconciliations, etc).

**Profile**:
3-5 years of experience in Inventory Management - specifically with lead/ managerial responsibilities

3-5 years in Operation management/ equivalent role

Must work with a sense of urgency, be extremely detail oriented, and can prioritize, plan, and organize multiple projects simultaneously.

Must have excellent communication skills.

Must work well under pressure, and perpetuate a positive, team-oriented, continuous improvement environment to ensure the team’s success.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
- Must be able to travel to all North locations including Toronto, Oakville, Collingwood
