**Shifts: Days**

**Rate of Pay: $21.05 - $22.72 per hour***

**Qualifications**:
**Education/Experience**:

- Post secondary education in office administration, business, or other related program
- Related work experience, including confidential administrative support preferably in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology

**Skills/Abilities**:

- Ability to communicate effectively and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with superiors, coworkers, other staff, residents and families, and other stakeholders
- Ability to concentrate and complete tasks in a busy work environment
- Proven ability to function and contribute as an effective team member and to work independently
- Excellent organization/project/time management skills
- Proficient in keyboarding and the use of office computer equipment and software, including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and publishing software
- Working knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Act
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of records, actions, and information

**CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT**
This position shall be conditional upon a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check (PVSC) where indicated, to ensure the absence of relevant criminal convictions. -
