Fueled by creativity, strategic thinking, and a commitment to quality, we partner with clients across destination marketing, hospitality, and insurance to bring their brands to life in meaningful and memorable ways.

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Social Media Lead and Coordinator with client delivery by managing assigned tasks and deadlines.
- Assist in developing and maintaining content calendars, drafting copy, and preparing visuals.
- Proactively engage with followers and communities to build relationships.
- Create engaging posts, carousels, reels, TikToks and stories tailored for each platform.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera when required for client or agency content.
- Support shoots through content planning, filming, and organizing assets.
- Monitor client accounts daily to ensure posts are published correctly, troubleshoot issues, and flag delays.
- Stay on top of social media trends and bring forward new content ideas.
- Organize and maintain creative assets across Google Drive and Canva.
- Monitor channels daily, respond to comments and messages, and foster conversations.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of social media experience (agency or multi-client experience an asset).
- Strong knowledge of current trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- In depth knowledge of Canva, Later, Capcut, Edits, and TikTok
- Comfortable being on camera and on top of social media trends.
- Highly organized with a positive attitude
- Collaborative mindset with willingness to support and work across teams.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.

What We Offer
- Part-time role (24 hrs/week) with flexibility. Opportunity to scale to a full-time role.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week
