**Summary**

We're looking for a **Social Media Specialist** to join our Royal LePage Corporate Brokerage marketing team and help bring our brand to life across digital platforms. In this role, you’ll develop engaging content to showcase our people and culture and strengthen our reputation as a top real estate brokerage in Canada.

**About the Role**

As a Social Media Specialist, you will support the growth of our brand by showcasing what makes our company and the people within it stand out. Your work will focus on agent recruitment, brand awareness, and promoting the values that drive our success across multiple regions and business units.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Content Creation & Management**
- Develop, write, and schedule engaging social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and other emerging platforms, ensuring alignment with brand tone and visual identity.
- Highlight company culture, community involvement, events, awards, training programs, and agent success stories.
- Create content that supports agent recruitment campaigns, showcasing career benefits, testimonials, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with communications specialist, graphic designers, videographers, and content contributors to develop visual and multimedia content.
- Collaborate with our corporate offices to collect photos and videos from platforms such as Cinebody to authentically capture the day-to-day culture, events, and unique energy of each location.
- Post in real time to stories during major events and office activations to drive public engagement and showcase the vibrancy of our community.

**Channel & Campaign Management**
- Maintain and manage the corporate social media calendar, ensuring a consistent and strategic flow of content.
- Execute paid and organic social campaigns to drive engagement, reach, promotional initiatives and agent leads.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.

**Brand & Culture Advocacy**
- Partner with various internal teams to amplify internal initiatives, awards, and recognition across social channels.
- Create behind-the-scenes content to provide a transparent view into the employee and agent experience.
- Use social media to tell stories that reflect our mission: helping people find their place and thrive in the real estate industry.

**Analytics & Reporting**
- Track key metrics, analyze content performance, and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Test and optimize content types, posting times, and formats to improve engagement and reach.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant.

**What You Bring**
- 2-4 years of experience managing social media in a corporate, agency, or brand-focused environment.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media best practices, platform algorithms, and emerging trends.
- Experience using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, reel editing tools and scheduling platforms
- A creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Bonus: Experience in real estate, recruitment marketing, or employer branding.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
