ShelvingMate is growing, and we’re looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented **Graphic Design & Marketing Specialist** to help us tell our story, showcase our products, and elevate our brand across all channels. **What You’ll Do**
- Maintain and enhance ShelvingMate’s brand identity across all platforms.
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Plan and schedule social media content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Coordinate photography and create mockups for visual content.
- Produce short-form videos (e.g. Reels, TikToks, client highlights, installation showcases, behind-the-scenes).
- Update and manage website visuals and assist with content (WordPress and SEO experience a bonus).
- Develop promotional materials and advertising campaigns (digital and print).
- Collaborate with our sales and operations teams to support client presentations and marketing efforts.
- Monitor marketing performance analytics and suggest improvements.

**You Bring**
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design and/or marketing (in-house or agency).
- Strong portfolio showcasing design and branding work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Basic video editing skills - Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva Video, or similar (After-Effects a bonus).
- Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Experience with social media content creation and digital marketing tools.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bonus points for experience with Google Ads, SEO, Mailchimp

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
