Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada RENO Lighting Full time $60,000 - $90,000 per year

Reno Lighting is looking for a Junior–Intermediate Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and help elevate our brand through impactful visuals, product storytelling, and cohesive design. You'll collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to create engaging content that communicates the quality and innovation behind Reno Lighting's products.
This is an in-office role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Design and produce marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, catalogs, spec sheets, and digital assets.
  • Develop visual concepts and layouts aligned with Reno Lighting's brand identity and product lines.
  • Create engaging content for digital channels — social media, e-blasts, and website visuals.
  • Support new product launches and campaigns through effective visual communication.
  • Prepare and optimize files for both print and digital production.
  • Assist with trade show booth graphics, signage, and visual displays.
  • Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, layouts, and visual storytelling.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of professional design experience in a marketing or agency environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern design and attention to visual hierarchy.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required; Premiere/After Effects a plus).
  • Skilled in photo retouching and composite image creation.
  • Experience in high-end product marketing or architectural/decorative lighting is strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of architectural lighting design principles and how lighting interacts with space and materials.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain brand consistency.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Basic photography experience (studio or product).
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing and specifier-focused content (architects, designers, engineers).
