**ROLE OVERVIEW**:
You will also plan, shoot, edit and optimize TikTok (for Canadian locations) and Instagram video content (for Canadian locations). Your role in content creation will involve daily stories discussing openings, sales, current events at the salon, as well as thinking on your feet and capturing relevant content as it happens in the salon.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- SOCIAL EXPERTISE: You can identify trends and opportunities as they emerge on social platforms for content that will stay true to our brands but set us apart from our competitors.
- SOCIAL STRATEGY: Assist in the planning of high-quality video content. Proactively recommend ideas, solutions and new content for our brand.
- CONTENT CREATION: You will create a wide range of video assets that suit the moment and our branding. From quick Instagram stories to more in-depth TikToks and Reels, you have the range and the ability to switch quickly between styles.
- COLLABORATION: Work collaboratively with our Salon Managers and Operations Manager from ideation to execution, helping to ensure all ideas are created and brought to life faithfully.

**EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**
- SOCIAL MEDIA:_
- At least 1 year of experience in a content creation role where you have made a wide range of content.
- Possession of a high-quality portfolio displaying a range of quality social content.
- Understanding of editing programs such as CapCut.
- Demonstrated ability to make relevant content across all platforms with extraordinary skills in visual storytelling, videography, and video editing. Graphic design experience is a plus.
- A passion, curiosity, and experience in making creative content on social media platforms, specifically Instagram and TikTok videos.

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
