**Role Overview**

We are seeking a **creative and detail-oriented Content Creator / Social Media Manager** to join our team **on-site in Gatineau, QC**. This is a **hands-on, creative-first role** where your ability to produce engaging visuals, capture professional product photography, and manage social media will directly shape Carcajou’s brand identity and growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Creative Content & Photography**
- Shoot and edit **high-quality product photos and videos** for the website, social platforms, and ad campaigns.
- Develop lifestyle and behind-the-scenes content that authentically reflects our tactical identity.
- Bring fresh, innovative ideas that make the brand stand out.

**Social Media Management**
- Manage and grow Carcajou’s digital presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Build and execute content calendars tied to product launches and campaigns.
- Write engaging captions, posts, and copy in line with the brand’s voice.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize impact.

**Community Engagement**
- Actively engage with our audience by responding to comments, questions, and direct messages.
- Collaborate with operators, veterans, and brand ambassadors to highlight user-generated content.

**E-Commerce (Nice-to-Have)**
- Support product listings on our Shopify store with optimized images and descriptions.
- Assist with campaign creatives and product launches when needed.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in **content creation, product photography, and social media management** (portfolio required).
- Skilled in photography, videography, and editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere, etc.).
- Strong creative vision and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills — **English is required; French is an asset.**:

- Understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and brand building.
- E-commerce/Shopify experience is an **asset but not required**.
- Passion for tactical gear, military culture, or outdoor adventure is a plus.

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
