About the opportunity:
As a growing company, Westmill has an opening in our Abbotsford, BC office for an experienced full-time Warehouse Lead Hand. This position will report directly to the Logistics and Warehouse Manager and work closely alongside them. This is an excellent opportunity to join a positive team and innovative environment.

Dues & responsibilities:

- Responsible for daily warehouse coordination
- Prepare shipping documentation (waybills, BOL’s and USMCA) and address labels.
- Responsible for establishing/maintaining inventory accuracy for all items in the Westmill warehouse.
- Responsible for coordinaon of annual inventory counng, together with corresponding data entry.
- Responsible for receiving and verifying accurate count of all incoming products and posting.
- Required to be an effective liaison between the Warehouse and the Parts Sales & Engineering Dept.
- Occasional help with fabrication & assembly of parts, machinery, equipment, etc.
- Ability to organize oneself in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to lift (70) Lbs. minimum.
- Assist in and coordinate loading and unloading of trucks.
- Have a good understanding of ERP systems.

More about you:

- Minimum 2-5 years of warehouse experience
- Thorough computer knowledge, and experience with Microsoft Office essentials
- Exceptional and proven organizational skills
- Forklift operator’s license and/or experience in the operation of a forklift an asset
