We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sushi Chef to join our team at Yuzuki. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality sushi dishes to our customers. If you have a passion for sushi and enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and create a variety of sushi rolls, sashimi, nigiri, and other sushi dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and of high quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and kitchen area
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of sushi orders
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Train and mentor junior sushi chefs as required

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques, including cutting, slicing, rolling, and presentation
- Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or sushi bar environment
- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of different types of fish, seafood, and other ingredients used in sushi preparation
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet customer demands during peak hours
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with the kitchen team
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry
