Junior Office Clerk

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Junior Office Clerk** to join our team on a part-time basis. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to gain office experience in a supportive and flexible work environment. The role may expand over time depending on performance and business needs. Basic accounting background is an advantage.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform basic data entry and document filing
- Assist with organizing and maintaining digital and physical records
- Support administrative tasks such as scanning, printing
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Help with updating spreadsheets or internal tracking systems
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and time management
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Professional and courteous phone manner
**Schedule**:
- Flexible part-time hours
- Minimum of 10 hours per week to start
- Possibility for more hours based on performance and workload
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
