Reporting to the Director, Data Governance and Analytics, the Data Analyst will play a key role in supporting ARMA’s operations by transforming data into actionable insights that inform strategic business decisions. This position involves collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. The Data Analyst collaborates closely with stakeholders across departments to understand business needsand provide data-driven recommendations.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business units to understand data needs and translate requirements into analytical solutions.Gather data from internal and external sources, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity.Clean, transform, and validate data for analysis; implement ongoing quality checks.Perform statistical and trend analysis to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities.Develop predictive models and conduct scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI, applying best practices for visualization and usability.Document data processes, definitions, and metadata for consistency.Present findings and insights to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats.Collaborate with IT and data engineering to optimize data pipelines.Support data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with ARMA privacy, security, and access policies.Enable self-service analytics through training, guidance, and documentation for business users.Research and recommend new tools and methods to enhance analytics capabilities.Experience and CompetenciesBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.3+ years of experience in a role involving data analysis and business intelligence.Hands‑on experience utilizing data visualization tools, such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.Technical proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling using Python or R is considered an asset.Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to present data‑driven insights to non‑technical stakeholders in a clear and engaging manner.Detail‑oriented with a commitment to understanding the data and ensuring its accuracy and integrity.Ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams.Continuous learner who stays current with emerging tools and methods for data analysis.Additional RequirementsBackground Check #J-18808-Ljbffr
