**THE ROLE**
Under the supervision of the Facility Support Agent / Supervisor, the incumbent greets visitors, verifies the purpose of their visit and directs them to the appropriate person or location. They ensure that only authorized patrons have access to facilities, equipment and services and verify the identification of patrons entering the facility. Responds to inquiries in person or by telephone and informs clients about facilities, services and activities

**QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED** Education, Certifications and Licenses**

An acceptable combination of education, training, and experience will also be considered

AND

Current CPR and basic First Aid qualifications

**Experience**

In cash handling and sales

**Competencies, Skills and Abilities**

Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.

**LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS**
French Essential / Bilingual an asset

Reading: Basic

Writing: Basic

Oral: Functional
