**Responsibilities**:
**Operations Management**:

- Ensure the quality of service and adherence to the establishment’s standards.
- Oversee the smooth operation of daily activities, coordinating with other departments.
- Master all tasks, procedures, and policies related to the Front Desk and Hotel operations.
- Optimize department performance in line with customer satisfaction and profitability objectives.
- Understand and meet financial goals, ensuring compliance with allocated budgets.
- Be prepared to step into various roles within the team as needed.

**Leadership and Team Management**:

- Inspire, guide, and motivate the front desk team to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Foster an environment that promotes team engagement and learning.
Communicate department objectives and expectations effectively.
- Manage schedules according to operational needs while adhering to the collective bargaining agreement.
- Identify and encourage opportunities for professional development among team members.
- Lead the recruitment, evaluation, and training processes.

**Guest Experience**:

- Maintain a high level of service, exceeding guest expectations.
- Ensure the reservation and check-in/check-out processes run smoothly for a seamless guest experience.
- Analyze guest feedback to continuously improve the services offered.
- Handle complex situations and guest complaints while encouraging the team to take a proactive approach.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including 3 years in team management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of a Property Management System (Opera is a plus) and computer tools.
- Bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to foster teamwork.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to unforeseen circumstances.

**Languages**: Bilingualism (French and English) spoken and written is required for this position as we serve an international client.
