**Service Shop Foreman**

The Service Foreman position at Robertson Implements in Saskatoon offers a dynamic environment and you will be key in meeting the service levels our customers have come to expect from us. A normal day will have you organizing the work of a team of technicians for diagnosing and repairing a wide variety of agriculture equipment, trouble shooting to solve customer concerns, and keeping our customers running. You will be coaching techs through their work orders and ensuring they grow and learn as technicians to continue to meet the needs of our customers. It requires the ability work independently and work as part of our store team. The position requires a rotation on the on-call and Saturday schedule; the standard shift is 8-5 Monday to Friday.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong preference will be given to a journeyman status
- 3 or more years of Ag equipment service experience
- Proven ability to coach and develop a team
- In-depth knowledge of a variety of agriculture equipment
- Solid track record of promoting teamwork and a culture of engaged employees
- Ability to multitask and handle the timeliness of customer needs
- Proven work ethic and ability to work with a team
