**Shop Foreman**
We are seeking a shop foreman for our Saskatoon branch.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- Manages the day-to-day allocation of work to the technicians.
- Guide and mentor apprentices and journeyperson technicians on proper trouble shooting and repair procedures for heavy equipment.
- Act as a point of contact for the EMSCO service department for customers, managers, and employees.
- Follows and consistently enforces administrative processes for timecards, parts requisitions, service reports, field level hazard assessments, safety procedures & time off requests.
- Communicate clearly and directly with customers on their equipment that is being worked on, including repair options, expected timelines and any found work as the job progresses.
- Review and approve customer work orders after ensuring the job was completed as per customer expectations.
- Additional duties as required.

**Qualifications**
- Interprovincial Heavy Equipment Technician Certification
- Minimum of 5 years hands on experience completing troubleshooting & repairs on heavy equipment such as Hyundai, CAT, John Deere and/or Hitachi.
- Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivated work habits.
- Highly organized.
- Valid class 5 license, with a clean drivers abstract.
- Strong focus on safety.
