We are looking to fill a permanent position of Inside sales representative at our Dayvan, branch of Richelieu Hardware Ltd.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Outbound sales calls to House Accounts
- Answers inbound customer calls, assists with and enters orders.
- Backup for sales counters as needed.
- Assists customers with finding hardware solutions.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- This position suits someone with a passion for delivering an amazing customer experience.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in a high-volume lumber yard, big box DIY retailer catering to contractors might be very useful
- This role suits someone who is highly motivated and can work independently, is goal oriented and is willing to jump in wherever needed.
- General knowledge of the hardware industry would be helpful
- Must be highly organized, motivated and can work independently.
- The individual should also have strong computer skills especially in Microsoft Office (specific to Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word)
