**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
Reporting to the Guest Services Supervisor, this position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers and tenants, responding to inquiries and supporting promotions and marketing events.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Open and/or close customer service desk.
- Respond to customer and tenant inquiries (in person and phone).
- Management and sale of gift cards.
- Manage lost and found (ie; report log, tagging lost items).
- Manage walker, wheelchair and stroller loans.
- Other duties / projects as required.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Previous relevant experience
- Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability
