**The Role**

**Activities**:

- Provide personalized, warm, sincere and exceptional guest service at every given opportunity.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out, warmly welcoming them to the property.
- Secure payment according to hotel policy.
- Liaise with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure guests’ requests are followed through.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of room pricing, room locations and types of room.
- Make hotel reservations for guests including.
- Review arriving guest reservations to ensure that all details are correct.
- Perform office duties such as routine cash handling procedures, posting accounts, maintaining keys for rooms.
- All other duties as assigned.

**Competencies We Are Seeking**:

- 1-2 years Guest Service Agent or Front Desk experience preferred.
- Listen attentively to guest's questions and requests. Effectively share information about guest requests with relevant departments. Confidence in selling and up-selling products and services.
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks as necessary.
- Professional appearance, positive and proactive attitude, and exhibits genuine and thoughtful hospitality in all interactions.
