**CNC Operator Job Description**
**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand machining requirements.
- Set up machines for production runs, including tool changes and adjustments.
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet production deadlines.
- Operate additional equipment such as forklifts when required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and machining processes.
- Familiarity with CNC programming languages
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of fabrication techniques is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.45-$34.92 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
