We are currently hiring a CNC Mill Operator to join our growing production team. This role involves programming, setting up, and running CNC milling machines to manufacture high-quality components that meet exacting standards. We’re looking for someone who is detail-focused, mechanically inclined, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Set up and operate CNC milling equipment with a focus on accuracy and consistency
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to determine machining paths
- Program CNC machines using **Mastercam (versions 2000/2008)**, including 4th axis programming
- Operate machines using **Fanuc controls** and adjust settings for optimal performance
- Inspect machined parts using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gauges)
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment as needed
- Contribute to process improvements using Lean manufacturing techniques
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Hands-on experience with CNC milling machines and machining practices
- Proven ability to program using **Mastercam 2000/2008** and experience with **Fanuc controls**:

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting CAD files and mechanical drawings
- Knowledge of Lean principles and a mindset of continuous improvement
- Experience with lathes is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and troubleshooting skills
- Safety-first attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Pay: $32.00-$40.00 per hour
