1. Produce parts and machine according to manufacturing orders and work instructions

2. Efficiently produce quality product, on time, that meets customer expectations

3. Ensure parts meet or exceed written/drawn specifications during a complete production run

4. Set machines efficiently to complete full cycles to fabricate small and large number of parts.

5. Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result.

6. Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determinate if the process has been completed properly.

7. Operate two machines with no assistance.

8. Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.

9. Follow safety procedures performing all duties.

10. Document all actions by completing a job sheet.

11. Verify and record specifications and information on Quality Control (QC) Report
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment;
- Requirements:_

1. At least 3 years proven experience as a CNC operator.

2. Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools.

3. Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.

4. Computer savvy with basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM.

5. Mechanical aptitude and good math skills.

6. A keen eye for details and result-driven approach.

7. Good communication skills.

8. High school diploma or equivalent; certificate or diploma in engineering or relevant discipline is a plus.

9. Be able to lift up to 45 lbs.
