**Position Summary**

The Customer Service Representative attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Maintain customer accounts:

- Processing sales orders received through portal and EDI
- Processing Gift orders
- Processing orders related to 3rd party billing
- Manage factory direct POs for Regional accounts

Maintain financial accounts:

- Processing Price related Credit Notes/Debit Notes
- Processing Good set Returns

Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication:

- Preparing Open Order reports for customers
- Communication with customers and sales reps on order related inquiries
- Communication with Logistics and Credit departments to expedite the orders for on time delivery
- Manage Order Fulfillment shared mail box
- Attending to bilingual phone queue

**Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities**
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Finance/Accounting key principles
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Excel proficient)

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

- College Diploma in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Supply Chain and/or Logistics certifications also an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
