**Profile**: Technical Project Coordinator

**Report to**: Information Systems Director

**Level**: Mid-Senior

**Profile Scope/Description:**

This profile’s main responsibilities are oriented to support all technical projects across the region & different areas & branches in Convergia Inc. Reporting to the Regional IS Director, in a new PMO role, this position will interact with internal stakeholders and users & external partners to define, control & ensure completion. It’s important to possess rational and business analysis acumen to analyze & define specs for proper project execution. A background in technical telecommunications will be an asset to face all projects to be managed.

**Profile Required:**
- University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related professional careers.
- It’s an asset to have PMI/ITIL Certification.

**Mandatory Requirements**
- Project Manager Certified. Agile Certification is an asset.
- 4+ years experience leading medium/large projects in Tech and/or Telecom Business.
- Knowledge of Telecom products: VoIP, ISP, Wireless, IoT, etc
- Windows, Unix, Linux platforms Operations. Cloud platform experience.
- Process & functional analysis skills oriented to Business.
- Analytic, design, and documentation argument skills
- Skills well defined for problem resolution.
- Management and Analysis of Key Performance Indicators
- Outstanding executive-level verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail**Desirable**
- Experience working in Telecommunications & Technology Companies.
- Languages: English, Spanish (it is an asset).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Telecommunication: 3 years (preferred)
- Windows, Unix, Linux platform operations and Cloud platforms: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
- Spanish (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- PMI or ITIL Certification (required)
