Ceragen is an Agritech/Biotech company developing probiotics for plants to increase yields in hydroponic fruit and vegetable production. The beneficial bacteria in our plant growth promoting inoculants help increase crop yields by improving the plant’s ability to uptake nutrients and respond to environmental stress.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records
- Prepare SR&ED (Scientific Research and Experimental Development) claims
- Compile and analyze financial statements
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Oversee grant reporting and compliance
- Support general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Enthusiasm for working in an early-stage company environment

**Recommended Qualifications**
- Proficiency with accounting tools like QuickBooks, Float, and Google Sheets
- A general interest in biology or agriculture is a bonus

**Compensation**
- $55,000 per year salary
