Work for a growing Canadian Company who is one of the largest distributors in the Graphic Arts and Print Industry. With over 40 years in the industry and 7 branches across the Country.

As part of your job you will be required to perform the following tasks:

- Manage/Supervise 3-4 employees in the Shipping Department
- Ensure that each employee has safe and productive workspace
- Assist with troubleshooting problem shipments/orders
- Meet sales order shipping deadlines & communicating any delays with Sales Reps
- Work with the manager to develop/implement productivity procedures for continuous improvement
- Identify productivity problems & communicate them to the manger
- Keep the shipping department organized and clean
- Approve vacation requests and assist in covering for absent staff members
- Get shipping quotes for Sales Staff
- Maintaining 5S standards & programs in your department

Requirements include:

- Must be able to use the Walkie Stacker (fork lift) and Hyster aisle picker
- Have previous experience in Shipping and Receiving
- Have previous Managerial Experience
- Speak, read and write English fluently
- Have experience working with Microsoft software
- Be able to work at the Scarborough location 5 days/week

**Salary**: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
