**Position**: Full-Time Lead Installer
**Location**: Working mostly in Greater Victoria, some out of town work as needed

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle installations in custom single-family homes, specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, built-ins, and custom millwork.
- Interact professionally with clients, ensuring a positive and collaborative experience.
- Work seamlessly as part of a team, whether alongside another lead installer or guiding a helper.
