**Cabinet and Millwork Installer**

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

Cabinet and Millwork Installation: Install custom cabinetry, millwork, and architectural woodwork according to project specifications, blueprints and shop drawings.

**Required Skills**:

- Shop Drawing Proficiency: Accurately interpret and work from blueprints and shop drawings.
- Measurements and Adjustments: Take precise measurements and make necessary adjustments to ensure installations meet design and quality standards.
- Job Site Coordination: Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to coordinate job site activities.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all workplace safety standards and job site protocols.
- Multi-Unit Familiarity: Proficiency in working with metric and imperial measurements.

**Required Experience**
- 10 years in cabinetry and millwork fabrication.
- At least 5 years of hands-on installation experience in residential and commercial settings.
- Familiarity with a wide variety of job site conditions, including high-end residential and large-scale commercial projects.
- Finish carpentry experience an asset.

**Other Requirements**
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle, we pay travel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials safely.
