Operations Coordinator
**Job Description Summary**
- Obtaining quotes from various trades as directed by Operations Manager.
- Participate in the Cushman & Wakefield corporate occupational health and safety and environmental programs;
- oversee Angus PM system
- Assist with the preparation of annual operations and capital project budgeting;
- Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office
- Data entry and national program imputing
- Document creation and filing
- Assist project management on major projects, capital projects and tenant construction

- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both oral and written, with all levels within the company; ability to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships with all business units; mature and self-motivated team player who is committed to personal growth and ethical integrity

**Time Management / Working Environment**:

- Ability to allocate one’s time effectively and manage tight deadlines; ability to work under pressure and achieve quality results; ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities

**Organizational Skills **- Ensure operations and tenant coordination records, files and documentation are maintained in an **orderly**, accurate and timely fashion; strong administrative and organizational skills

**Qualifications**

Preferred Post Secondary in Administration, business or diploma program

Preferred 1 year minimum property management or office experience

Good interpersonal and communication skills dealing with tenants, service contractors and suppliers.

Shopping Centre experience considered an asset

Construction or operations administrator experience considered an asset.
