As a Policy Analyst / Researcher you will plan and carry out complex research projects in an assigned area of specialization and/or plan and conduct environmental scans.

**Essential Education**

Degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in economics, sociology or statistics.

**Essential Experience**
- Experience in leading or co-leading the development of policy documents that may include report of plans and priorities, performance reports, progress reports, or annual reports.
- Experience in conducting policy research and analysis and providing advice to management (supervisory level and above).
- Experience in preparing or supporting the development of positions on issues involving two (2) or more stakeholders**.
- Experience in developing and maintaining external partnerships with two or more stakeholders** from one (1) or more sectors**
- ** This may include clients, management, external partners or various levels of government._
- This may include community, government, academia, etc _

**Salary**: $88,618.00-$101,999.00 per year
